Registry Error & Runtime Error

Been using Reaper for about 5 years, never had this happen before. The program locks up on start. Tried editing registry and uninstalling, reinstalling but it continues to happen. I am un sure what to do- as I would like to avoid a Windows 10 restore/reset. Any help would be greatly appreciated

The problem/error comes from some plugin (probably AmpliTube3 by IK Multimedia?), not from Reaper itself. From the picture the Microsoft Visual C++ runtime library is missing, old version or corrupted, but required by some of your plugin(s). Reaper only reports the error from the scanned plugin.

That fixed it. It was Amplitube. Thank you for your help!
